A farm family reported seven animals found before dawn in two unusually even rows inside an enclosed pasture after repeated nighttime whistles from the lower fence. No injury was documented and no gate damage was found. Contemporary investigators recorded several ordinary explanations but reached no conclusion.
Later cited by proponents of the object-pattern etymology theory. The Council does not treat the arrangement as evidence of intent.
Five hand tools normally stored in separate locations were found aligned along a drainage edge after a night of repeated motion around an equipment shed. No witness observed the objects being moved.
Retained as a property event; evidentiary weight low.

Daniel R. Mercer, age 34, did not return home after leaving an evening work assignment. His vehicle was located the following morning at a roadside pull-off adjoining a wooded drainage corridor. The vehicle was locked. Personal effects ordinarily carried by Mercer were recovered inside.
Two residents living approximately one-half mile apart later reported unusual whistles during the relevant time window. Neither report was made to the Council until after public notice of the disappearance. No witness reported seeing Mercer with an unidentified subject, and no physical evidence connects his disappearance to any Council case classification.
The missing-person investigation remains outside Council jurisdiction. The file is retained solely because of temporal and geographic overlap with independent reports. The Council has never classified the disappearance as a Cock Goblin incident and requests that researchers not contact the family.
Fourteen witnesses reported unusual activity over a single night near a municipal storage property and adjoining residential lots. Reports began with repeated motion around an east drainage channel shortly after 11:00 P.M. and continued intermittently until approximately 3:20 A.M.
Six chickens disappeared from an adjacent private yard. Two employees later reported displaced hand tools near the drainage fence. One public works employee was treated for a minor fall after leaving the channel at speed. Witness statements differ on whether a low clicking sound preceded the final event.
The surviving municipal correspondence records the official animal determination as RACCOON. No contemporaneous wildlife inspection report has been located.
Following three independent household reports along the same creek road, the Council conducted a fixed observation period in September 1994. Motion was recorded on nine nights; direct visual observations occurred on three. No single observation exceeded forty-two seconds.
The most significant event occurred on Night 12, when two observers separated by approximately 180 yards reported the same three-note whistle sequence from opposite sides of the creek within thirty seconds. Neither team responded. Activity ceased for the remainder of the night.
Between October 2005 and January 2006, a utility contractor documented eleven unexplained overnight disturbances involving vehicle mirrors, work gloves, cable markers, and motion-light activation. Security images were incomplete due to the fixed camera angle.
On January 8, an employee arriving before dawn reported an upright silhouette moving behind two parked service trucks before dropping below the fence line. No tracks suitable for casting were found on frozen ground.
